New account setup with Ironbeam. I was checking settings for live trading. The Trade Account Monitor showed "TradingIsDisabled - "Y" Under Manage Account/Edit Account the Access Control Settings: "Trading is Disabled Yes" I called Ironbeam Trade Desk and my account is set and enabled for live day trading with no restrictions. Auto Liquidation is set. Please review that my settings on Sierra are correct for live trading. Since coming from Transact, I only will be trading micros until I transfer the Transact account. The only thing that we can see is that you have the Denali data feed active and that you are using the Teton service and that is the only insight that we have. So everything is fine in that regard. The first thing I did tonight was called Ironbeam Trade Desk before posting. Trade Desk investigated and my account is enabled for live trading. I'll contact Ironbeam Support tomorrow there might be something else that the Trade Desk doesn't see.. I'll also update latest SC Version and re-check. Will update this post with resolution Thanks |

When the account was setup, it was inadvertently not enabled for trading. Today, the Ironbeam Trade Desk quickly enabled the account for trading correcting the initial oversight. Solved. |
