How to change foots only in DOM

After my local PC repair shop "fixed" my PC the stand alone DOM is not readable. FLAT, P&l, DPL, etc. are very faint. I've hunted around MSFT for 2 days and can't find an answer. Help please. Thanks

The font of those is controlled by the operating system. It has been our long-term plan to implement a new Trade Window based upon our control bar, which will allow these sizes to be customized. We will see if we can at least prioritize getting new controls supported on our control bar for these particular fields of information from the Trade Window.
