I have all my charts settings the same to rollover to next contract based on volume For some reason (same symbol) most of my charts have not rolled over but my TPO charts have rolled over. Not sure why Can you help explain ? Again settings are the same for all charts Thank you |

Make sure the option for Chart >> Chart Settings >> Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol is set the same for all the charts. It sounds like the TPO has this enabled, but the others do not. Really we do not recommend enabling that option and that you just handle the rollovers manually. Just perform a manual rollover as needed.

Is there a reason you dont suggest it. I find that doing it manually is quite cumbersome since i am looking at a lot of different charts and variables at this point

It's just that most people do not pay close enough attention and then the rollover occurs automatically and they are asking us what happened. Therefore, it ends up being more work for us.
