I have number 10 service pkg, just charts, no order service that I'm aware of. Do I have to register for that tootonic thingy ? Also I have 2 support tickets, how to delete ?

We need to understand exactly what you want to do. Are you wanting to trade directly from Sierra Chart or just use it for charting?

And what are the exchanges for which you want real-time data?

Also, your account is showing that you have connected to a trading service a few days ago, but we do not know what trading service. That connection authorized your account for the non-professional exchange fees from the CME Group. Therefore, if you will be connecting to that account, then you do not need another.

I use SC for charting only, so if I understand you correctly, I don't have to register for the Teton order platform. I do have to re-authorize for the non-professional exchange fees at the beginning of every month.

You do not need to use the Teton Order Routing service since it looks like you have a trading account that you can connect to once a month to verify your non-professional status for the CME Group's exchanges.

Just to make sure you have the correct information for how to connect once a month - what trading service are you using? We can then give you the necessary instructions.

I'm using the Rithmic platform and with help from SC and my broker we got it all figured out. Does seem redundant to have to re-certify every month, wouldn't every 90 days be adequate. I know you have no control over this.

We wish we did not have to do it all, but the CME Group set the rules.
