[Programming Help] - Issues with Receiving Data from the DOM tool

Greetings, I pray all is well. I am having an issue with receiving data or any type of order flow with the DOM tool within my chart that I have uploaded to Sierra Charts from TradePro Academy. Granted these are all old charts, and I am taking a course that is using old Data so that we can learn along with the instructor, the DOM is not receiving any order inventory for some reason. If you could please advise me that would be helpful, thank you. Doug
