I am attempting to download historical data for multiple charts ESH2, NQH2

I am attempting to download historical data for ESH2. It only down loads 1 day of data. I have followed all the instructions in the help topics. I have done the delete all data and download, download all historical data for all charts. But is is only downloading 1 day. I use Rithmic data. Nothing is working. Any help would be great. Thanks |

I have never had this issue before until now even on rithmic. Is this a new issue?
