Numbers chart not loading correctly

This chart file has recently stopped loading the number bars and is not loading properly. I have tried uninstalling sierra charts and reinstalling. Can you please assist with this issue https://www.sierrachart.com/Download.php?Folder=TicketingSystem&download=61913 |

Make sure you are connected to the data feed, as any time that you are not you will then have the issues you are seeing.
