Nikkei 225 mini historical daily chart not downloading

I'm trying to load a historcial daily chart for this market connected to SC Data - All Services (symbol NPH22-JPX). The symbol is per the Find Symbol list under "Futures - JPX"). However, when I click "Open Historical Chart" I get the message "Download Failed - Error: user is not authorised to execute query for one or more of the specigfied symbols". Can you tell me if I'm doing something wrong & how I can load a chart for this market? Thanks |

Hopefully they will make the data available and when they do: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". Just downloaded and looks like they've only provided the Day session data. Can they provide the full session? Also, noticed I'm getting the same error msg on some other symbols (eg KS?##-KFE and AP?##-SFE) |

Great - can you ask them to provide the FULL session data. Its only DAY session data at the moment.
