I ma trying to figure out why I have no DOM data anymore? I upgraded to package 11 last month and as of 2 days ago everything is gone. CTTV CTBV CTAV BMO B P/S no stacked vol. etc... We see you are using Rithmic data. Not sure if the issue is related to that or not. Do you see market depth data in Chart >> Open Market Depth Window?
