Hello, Thank you for taking the time to address this issue. For the 6CM11-CME[M] Intraday chart, Sierra Chart is only producing history back to 2011-Feb-21 at 15:03:00. Intraday charts usually produce history for at least the last 5 months. Kindly advise. Thank you. |

If it is tick data you may have found the beginning of the symbol's data: Tick by tick data for futures contracts on the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT begins at 2011. Prior to this the CME/NYMEX/COMEX/CBOT data is in 1 minute units and begins at June 2008.

Hi 1+1, Thanks for taking the time to respond. The charts are Minute charts, not tick by tick. |

This is sufficient history for a Continuous Futures Contract Chart and if that is all that is available, that is all that there is for that contract: For the 6CM11-CME[M] Intraday chart, Sierra Chart is only producing history back to 2011-Feb-21 at 15:03:00.

I understand that you may consider this to be sufficient or a Continuous Future Contract Chart, however, it is not the complete history for this contract. All other contracts have at least 5 months of history. This one has less than 4 months available. Kindly upload the complete history for this contract. I would greatly appreciate you help with this. |
