I have tried activation of free trial through global setting by providing my SMS number and even received the code as well but error massage reads as number not verified.
And platform is still showing as not connected, please kindly help

Hi,

01/29 : I have tried activation of free trial 15 days through global setting by providing my SMS number and received code activavtion SMS...OK i have fill the code received in "Enter the received SMS code" but my expiration date still in 1 day...WHY, HELP PLEASE
The expiration date will update the day after the creation account ?

01/30 : my account is expired...why ? I have filled the SMS code yesterday for a 15 days free trial for testing...Help, please

Hi,

I have just created an account for testing SierraChart today 2022-02-14, and done the "Activate Trial" process by sending a code received with SMS process...but the ending date still in 2022-02-14

You only received the 1 day of trial because you have used multiple accounts in the past and received trials for them. Therefore, we can not extend your trial - you will need to pay to use Sierra Chart.
