Hi,
I am trading multiple accounts with Apex trader and I would like to copy my trades on to multiple accounts which I can currently do with the order allocation function. What I want to know is if its possible to allocate different number of contracts or different take profit levels and stop losses in different accounts? If not, is this something you would be willing to add in the next version as it could be extremely useful for me.
So I have an account that I take 4 points by default but I would like to take profit at 8 points in the second account and with 2 contracts instead of one.
They have built something similar for ninjatrader and you can have variable contract sizes but you cannot set different TP and SL levels.

Looking forward to your response.

This is not supported.

We know there is room for improvement in the Order Allocation to Trade Accounts functionality and we want to get to it. But we do not have any timeline for when this will occur. There are just a lot of other priorities at the moment.

I look forward to when the OATT function is upgraded!! Cause right now, besides that, I find it hard not to champion this software. It took me months to learn...and even more to get proficient at a lot of its' features...but now that I'm funded prop trader...and doing more evaluations I'd desperately like to copy my trades from main acct to the other copied ones.

I really really don't want to trade a second software JUST for trade orders (ie: Ninja). It's too distracting...and a waste if we, the SC community, could have this very important piece of the traders life in 2022 day trading. Prop firm trading has exploded, and along with it, the need for multiple accts, and trade copying.

So...with that said...quick question...if you see this?

Why after copying my entry, either with or without attached orders....does it not respond to movements on the main screen, like changing a stop loss...trailing it....or profit orders?

Only the main acct that initiated the trade moves...NOT the copied accts.

Thanks!

Hey Tahir,

Is that right that I can use multiple apex accounts with sierra charts native trade copier? Since it's the same broker

Hi Sabikisensei, yes that's correct. You can use up to 10 funded accounts simultaneously.

Tahir,

How are you managing your orders with the limitations of SCs order allocation not being able to copy both parent and child orders? Are you flattening the trade every time to take profit?
