Says not authorized for CBOE Indices

I am only using historical data and am not able to load any of the CBOE Index symbols. When I try I get a message that says "Error: user is not authorized to execute query for one or more of the specified symbols" I have no difficulty with the DOW, NASDAQ or S&P index symbols. They all work as expected. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to subscribe to something additional to get the CBOE Index symbols. Thanks. |

The CBOE does not allow any data access unless you pay for it. Therefore, if you are wanting the CBOE Indices, then you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange.
