Still Getting Delayed and Not Live Denali

Well, it seems we straitened out my non-professional status but I am still only getting delayed data. I do see that my account was not debited for this months Denali feed. Since I only just started using Denali I can't help but wonder if I am missing a step here on my part. I assumed it was all automatic ... deposit funds and you do the rest ... but is there something I need to do at this point to facilitate payment?

Please disregard the above. I thought two problems became intertwined. I figured this one out myself and have a better understanding on how the payment system works now.
