Trade Order Error - Unable to submit order without security definition I am receiving the above Trade Service Log error when I attempt to submit a buy/sell order for MES through CTS. Most of the other securities trade fine under the current/front month contract, including ES. I was able to previously trade it with no issues. MES.20220300.CME_Eq is the Symbol. Oddly, the chart will not load either...it is just a blank screen. Thanks |

Do you need to use CTS? CTS is a service we will be phasing out in February 2022. It is considered a legacy service. We recommend using our Teton order routing service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing We can also see you are using CTS data. You should be using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You do have it active on your Sierra Chart account, but you do not have any exchanges active. Yes, I am on CTS through Cunningham. Everything works just fine except for that one front month MES contract. I see you currently don't support them as a clearing firm. Will this change in the near future? It seems like Cunningham has a lot of traders who use Sierra. Thanks for the quick response. |
