[Programming Help] - Can't figure out how to include a path with Analysis|Build

I'm trying to figure out how to include a directory with Analysis\|Build There is a box for additional command line paramters and I type -I"my\path\here" and it doesn't work I'm using the remote build tool. I would prefer not to use Visual Studio if I don't have to. I'm trying to include some headers that are a wrapper for a dll (it is ZeroMQ). I should keep the dll in the DATA folder?
