Problem using the SP 12 trial

Hello, I have a funded AMP account (verified) and signed as a non-professional. I've just activated my Service Level 12 1-month trial. But when i try to setup real time Denali data i can only choose a paying SL12 - not the free trial. What should I do ? Thanks |
