HELLO ! I GET AN ERROR WHEN LOADING THE GRAPH AN ERROR OCCURS WHEN LOADING STOCK CHARTS HOW DO I RESET THE CHART LOADING SETTINGS TO FACTORY SETTINGS ? THE LAST DATE IN THE WINDOW IS 2021-11-12 AND THE BUTTON IS INACTIVE HOW TO RESET THE SETTINGS ? The way to reset a chart to "Factory Settings" is just to start a new chart. Select File >> Find Symbol and enter the symbol you want and then select Open Historical Chart or Open Intraday Chart, depending on the type of chart you want. But, with regards to the end date showing "2021-11-12" we need to ensure that you are referring to the Date Range in File or to the Use Date Range entries. The "Date Range in File" should typically be the current date. If this is not the case, then with the specific chart active, select Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. But, it also depends on why you are getting an error from the Historical Data Service.
