I Question on logging in? I have successfully altered and refunded my account. I still shows not connected. Do I need to reboot Sierra charts? If I do so, will I lose the configuration of my charts?

First, as long as you save the chartbooks, you will not lose the configuration when you restart Sierra Chart. Just select File >> Save All to ensure they are saved.

Second, what exactly is showing as "Not Connected"? If it is the status window in the Control Bar, then you just need to select File >> Connect to Data Feed to reconnect.
