I CANNOT shift out of SIM1 to trade LIVE

I am using CQG via AMP.
I have zero connection issues.

When I press CTRL+SHIFT+T and click to go from SIM1 to my AMP Account number it instantly reverts back to SIM1.

What is this issue, and what am I doing wrong?

How do I set it so that all charts no longer say SIM1 and have me trading from my live account?

That was EXACTLY the issue.
Probably saved me from myself while I've been learning Sierra.
I NOW consider this to be the best all-around platform and I've tried most professional and retail platforms. High learning curve, but once you see a few chartbook examples, it is fairly easy to start organizing and setting up chartbooks to your specification. I use to be anti-Sierra, but now I love it.

I have CQG via AMP account.
last month Sierra make me switch to Sierra but each time I turn the trade simulation off, it show a difference account and not the same account I have with AMP. how do I trade with Sierra using AMP account?
