Hi Support,

Experiencing a data delay that I can NOT solve.

Would appreciate your assistance (feedback).

Screenshot attached.

Delay: 22 seconds

Note: All Data / Trade Services set-up as per connection - Sierra Chart (TT) Order Routing

Chart update Interval: 250 Milliseconds (have adjusted higher with no improvement)

Chart Type: Intra-day ONLY

System Benchmarking ALL fine.

Most likely this is just your computer clock being different from the exchange. Go to File >> Time and Sales and take a look at the time of the records coming in against your computer clock. If it is a difference of 22 seconds, then you can either ignore this, or you can adjust your computer clock.

If you want to match your computer clock to our servers, then refer to the following:
