I am currently using SC Data-All Services. Was wanting to know if that includes $VIX the index. If not what additionally needs to be done.

It does not. The CBOE requires that you pay for their data. To get the $VIX index you would need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the CBOE Indices exchange. You will find the information for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at the following link, with Setup Instructions on that page: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

So right now I am using SC-All Data. So I would have to add CBOE indices to this plan to get $VIX. If So, do they charge a partial month if started today, since it is in middle of month $5.25/2 or do they give you 30 days for $5.25. Thanks |

You are correct, you would need to add the CBOE Indices that is part of the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. The instructions for this are here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions The exchanges work on a calendar month basis and they do not pro-rate. Therefore, you would need to pay the full $5.25 for the remainder of the month (what would be 15 days from today). Then you would pay the full amount again on the first of next month for that month. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed Fee is, however, pro-rated, so you will only pay half of that $25.00 fee for the remainder of the month. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
