Hello I am just getting setup. I got the standard+denali feed but it is not letting me load footprint and TPO and charts like that. Is there another service I need to have? Thanks Jeff |

Typically the inability to use the Numbers Bars and TPO is because you are not on the Advanced package, which is required for those particular studies. But, your account shows that you have Package 11 and that you changed to Package 11 on November 6, so you should not have any issues with those studies.
