could you pease help me to find out what was the reason?

In the log file you sent, you are having connectivity issues. You have the following message throughout your log:
DTC Client socket (2) | Connect event error. Windows error code 10060: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

From the image you provided, you have the messages:
New Order Rejected - BitMEX Trading Direct Error: Access Denied...

You would need to ask BitMEX about this. For some reason they are denying access for your account.
