Sierra Chart - rhitmic paper trading issue

i just made the switch from service package 5 to service package 11. and it told me to update my sierra charts as soon as i did it, i lost the rhitmic trading option in data/service settings so i redownloaded the zip in the support board and followed the steps but i am unable to see that option in data/service settings |
