Good day, I followed the instructions on downloading historical market depth here: Version 2198: Support For Historical Market Depth Data With Denali/Delayed Exchange Feeds I am unable to download market depth with these instructions. I tried to replay the charts (DOMS) from this morning - Sept 21 2021 beginning at 9:30am EST. Price on the DOM gaps continuously. Please advise. |

Good day, After speaking with the engineer, I was able to download some market depth. However the data is incomplete and I continue to experience gaps during replays. I also noticed that my DOMs, during the live session, gaps and does not leave prints. Are there specific chart settings that I should be mindful of, in order to ensure that my DOMs are updating properly and displaying the data accurately? I've attached a video of my live charts for your review. Thank you. |

Keep in mind that you can only download the last 30 days worth of historical Market Depth Data. If you are trying to get information further back than that, then it is not available. If you are missing data for a certain time/period, then the first thing to do is to try and force the download by following the instructions at Step #8 here: Market Depth Historical Graph: Downloading Of Historical Market Depth Data Also, refer to the following information regarding replaying Trading DOMs to ensure that this is just not a Trading DOM issue: Replaying Charts: Replaying Trade DOM Windows For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
