Hi, today I am not receiving any data feed for any of the markets. When I opened Sierra then the ES and CL Chartbooks it showed that was a symbol error which I reloaded and worked ok but still no data feed...Please advise!...

This is because you did not have enough funds in your account to automatically renew the exchange fees which are due on the first of each month.

You need to add enough funds to your account to reactivate the exchanges. You can do this from here:

Then you can reactivate the exchange(s) for your account on the Recurring Services page. Select the link below, then scroll to the bottom to see the exchange(s) that did not renew, and then select the button for Reactivate Exchange for the exchange(s) that you need to reactivate.
