Erroneous Sierra Chart Auto-Charges

Between August 19 to August 26 Sierra Chart has automatically billed my debit card nine times: 8/26 1x 8/23 6x 8/20 1x 8/19 1x Each charge has been for $36 each. I want: 1. to know why 2. to have this practice stopped 3. to have all erroneous charges refunded to my debit card |

We will look into this, it relates to: "Stripe Auto Pay". Normally there is not automatic billing which occurs.

Also for the record we have not seen a case like this before. It must be the result of some technical issue involving Stripe.

If you want to turn off automatic payments, then go to the Payments page and scroll to the bottom and select the button for Manage Automatic Payments under the section for Automatic Payments with Stripe. Then go through the items to turn off the automatic payments. The payment did not succeed because you declined it.And the payments are not occurring just once a month, they occur as needed based upon the activated services and new services you activate.
