[Programming Help] - No success loading .dll study

I am having trouble adding a .dlll study. I I have opened this link and added the recompiled .dll study to my c:/SierraChart/SierraChartTransActMA/Data folder and have deleted all the older DLLs. I even renamed the study using no numbers and placed it in the Data folder. I have never had an issue adding .dll studies before.
