Customizing Rectangle Chart Drawing tool

I have saved a rectangle button in my custom control bar and formatted the color and line size. After drawing a rectangle, I go to chart drawing properties and choose "show price labels" which puts shows the high and low price labels. I cannot figure out how to set "show price labels" as my default for each time I draw a triangle.

We looked into this, there is not support for price labels on Triangle Chart Drawings.
