Every now and then only the M15 chart (pic#1)shows me a filled order, although I am flat(pic#2). Only after a restart no order is displayed(pic#3. What is the problem? Many thanks |

When you are seeing the order on the chart but it should not be there, then there is a missing order fill that should be offsetting that order. John - the order was displayed only in M15 chart, but not in the M3 or M1 charts (and all other). After restarting the platform, the order was no longer displayed in M15 (without doing everything before). From my point of view a bug. |

In one of those charts, you must be using the Order Fill Calculated Position, and the fills loaded in that Trades list in the are affecting the Position Quantity display: Trading Information Windows: Using Order Fill Calculated Trade Positions A reload of the chart, can affect the fills loaded into the Trades list due how this setting is set: Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
