Would like to catch RELEASE_ALL_DLLS so that i can do proper clean up. Is this feature available or if not can you please do it. Thanks.

That is not sufficient as sc.LastCallToFunction gets called when a study is removed from the chart as well. This is a catch all, which doesn't fit. I need to know when the RELEASE_ALL_DLLS is called.
