Cannot update Sierra Chart + Eurex data not working after rollover

Im running on 2 issues at the same time, first thing is that I cannot upadate sierra chart at all.

Every line is just Failed to open the file:



Second issue is that after rollover Eurex data are just not working, backadjusting function is not working at all and there are random gaps at start of each day.
