hI IM TRYING TO CHANGE MY TIMEZONE CLICKING THE > DATA/TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS TAB, i KEEP GETTING THIS ERROR MESSAGE *Error setting System Date-Time. Windows error code 1314: A required privilege is not held by the client. | 2021-04-29 08:51:04.223 * i WANT TO CHANGE IT SO ITS SET FOR NEW YORK TIMEZONE.

You are dealing with two different items.

First, to change the Global Time Zone, you need to select Global Settings >> Time Zone Settings. You will change the Time Zone there.

The error message you are getting is related to the option Global Settings >> Set System Date Time from Server or the setting for Global Settings >> General Settings >> Periodically Set System Date Time from Server. Your Sierra Chart software does not have Administrative privileges to change your system clock. Refer to the following:
