Hi, I had balance earlier of $38 and trasnferred $30 yesterday, but it still shows I have to add more balance for my service. Today on my sierra with AMP, the CQG WEBAPI Is not working. do you know what I have to do to ge tit working? also why is my balance lower? thanks

Today you paid for the following:
- Sierra Chart Package 11 for one month: $46.00
- COMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Exchange Fee: $10.40
- CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts Exchange Fee: $10.40

You can always view your account status on this page and logging into the Sierra Chart website (if necessary) with the same Account Name and Password that you use to login to your Sierra Chart software:

And on that page is a link for Transaction Log and Payment Receipts that will show you your debits and credits to your account.
