Hi, I received the following message... The following action has been performed: Removed the Authorized Trading Account (AC126830) for the tt_order_routing.dtc.trading trading service. Let us know if the above account is not correct or if you have any questions. Thank You, Sierra Chart Support I believe this was because I didn't connect to my funded trading account. My apologies, I forgot to do this. Is there any way you can re-authorize my trading account? I currently have no access to data and can't trade. Thanks, Angelo |

This occurred because AMP stopped support of the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service about a month ago. Therefore, that account was no longer valid and we removed it from your account (along with everyone else that was in that situation). AMP should have moved you to CQG for your order routing and given you a set of credentials to login to your CQG account. If you do not have these, then check with AMP and get them from them. Once you have the CQG information, then follow these instructions to setup your Sierra Chart to your CQG account: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions After you complete the above, if you are going to stay connected to CQG, then you would need to change the symbols by selecting Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service.
