Hi, I am a new user on free trial. I signed for delayed data but when i go to access the data in my charts the "File >> Connect to Data Feed." option recommended on your support board will not allow me to select it to start receiving delayed data on my DOM charts. Please help ! |

This means Sierra Chart is already connected to the data feed. Tell us the exact symbol of the chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol). Currently the markets are closed.
