                Hi, I have switched to Stage 5 / Advanced Futures FCM. I should be getting instructions today about how to associate my current account with Stage 5. I have activated Service Level 12 with MBO / Denali, but I'm not sure what to do about Exchanges. I have the single CME with depth that is set to expire 3/31. With the new account setup, I want Full CME with depth. If I activate that today, will I be charged the full amount ($31.20) today and then again on 4/1?
