is there any way to view a chart from my running SC instance onto a mobile device? Perhaps just streaming to a webpage?

If you are using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service, then there is a Web Portal to be able to look at and adjust orders. You are not using this service. Otherwise, there is no built-in method to view Sierra Chart on a mobile device.
