hello my english isnt good, so i´ve some questions because of the text to the change in april because my account is on amp. Can you see if my account is right ? so i just want package 3 and eurex data. When i log in my sierra chart account there is a payment of 26$ that i had to do in the next month. But i want to prevent the double payment like in this text "however, one thing we cannot control though, is that if you get billed for CME or EUREX exchange fees through CQG for a particular month and then you are also paying them with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, there can be double billing in that case. We definitively recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for market data instead of CQG market data for CME and EUREX at this time." and "So just tell your broker you just want to use CQG for order routing only." --> is this necesarry that i contact my broker ? or can you see which feed i got ? or is everything okay and i just had to do my payment 26$ and thats it. |

What we can say is that if you have been getting the EUREX data into Sierra Chart and are currently doing so, then the data is coming from CQG, as you are not setup to get any data through us (Sierra Chart). As such, you just need to ensure that you have $26.00 USD in your account prior to April 10, 2021 and Sierra Chart will automatically renew on that date. Everything else is staying the same, you just need to pay for your Sierra Chart directly to us.
