I am getting a notification that I need to add additional credit to my account as my account is under 5 usd. I don't need to make orders on Sierra as I will be only using it for charting. I'm on service package 5 and only view forex pairs so do I need to still be on that service? And if not can I be removed from it

Just for future reference, If I want to get CME data in the future at a non-professional prices. Would I need to fill out the TT assignment form again?
