I've been away from software for a few weeks, am restarting the services. I paid for a month, package 1 on Feb 26. Receipt in my account says I paid for a month, package is 0 and I have a balance of $57.75 for additional services. When I start the software it says I have zero days remaining and am in free mode.

ok, I got it all up and running on 2-27. Today it's still running but my balance for additional services is $0.75. I expected to be billed for one month at $35, was that a wrong assumption?

I thought I paid for the $20 worth of software usage from my Palpal account, I have a receipt for $22.05 from Feb 26. Software use wouldn't be taken from the additional services account would it? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-03-03 19:04:19
