You would need to fill out the Exchange Agreements on the following page and enter the information as a Non-Professional. You need to fill out the CME Non-Professional Certification and set the option for Certified as a Non-Professional to Yes. You can access the document here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements You did not do this correctly when you filled out the documents on January 15, 2021, therefore you were stating that you were a Professional.
