                Hello, two days ago I was with the sierra platform very well, I had a balance and a few days ago I sent more money with amp future and amp future he told me that the balance was added and I enter sierra and now I have a balance of 0 so nothing, I can not see my previous salary or the new one, I enter amp future and I have the balance but the sierra chart now shows me 0, how can I solve the problem? thanks.
