Sierra Chart Failed to Flatten & Cancel

                Note: Using SC v2207 Hello- Trying to figure out what happen this morning. See attached pic. I tried to Flatten & Cancel a trade and Sierra Chart was not responding. I had to call the brokerage to be able to flatten the trade however I was able to sell limit out of the position. I ended up switching to SIM to operate this function again. Seems to be back working. Switched over to live trading and it's also working again. I've been a user of SC for about 2 years now and never had this issue. This function is crucial as you know and pretty baffled about it. Where did I go wrong here? Why did it not operate? Can you give some feedback on this? Please advise. Thank you.  |
