Market Depth Historical Graph and Bid&Ask Depth bars not working after switching to Denali

Hi, I switched from Ritmic to Denali service recently. For some reason my historical depth graph and bid & ask depth bars are no longer visible. I am able to see depth on DOM graph and when I open Market Depth Window but I have issues with market depth historical graph and bid & ask depth bars. I already checked all the settings for market depth levels and all seems to be fine. I am running SC ver 2215. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2021-01-06 13:23:00
