Hello, I would like to set an OCO sequence like this : Limit Order 2 Contracts Stop All at -5 ticks BE Triggered at +4 Tick with an offset of 1 Tick above BE (to absorb commission) Target #1 + 7 ticks Target #2 + 11 ticks Once Target 1 is filled Remaining Stop is trailled by 1 tick increment. Thank you. |

Thanks for rising that particular example, this is where I’m getting confused: 10. Set the Trigger Offset to the number of ticks of profit that you want before the trailing stop action will begin. Vs 14. Set the Trigger Offset (Ticks) to the number of ticks that you want of profit before the stop is moved to the breakeven level. Where I’m confused is at what point one thakes over the other? In my proposed example the BE occurs at +4 ticks. So does that mean that the trailstop offset should be set at +7 (in my above example)? |

Yes, your Trailing Stop Offset should be 7, as that is when you want the trailing to begin. Keep in mind that you can work with the various options in Simulation mode with Replay in order to see how the order is going to act to ensure that you have everything correct. I think I made it to work. I reversed target 1 with target 2. Is it possible that this was my issue? Also, is this action considered as two transaction on the broker side (thinking comission wise)? Thank you |
