I have in the general trade settings window, "Adjust Attached Orders to Maintain Same Offset on Parent Modification" set to No. But did not make a difference. When I adjust the parent order then the child orders modify too. This is not what I want. It works proper in simulation, but not with Live trading. Please advise.

We do see that this does not apply in the case of server managed bracket orders which is used by the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service. We could support this, but then there is a risk of the Attached Orders not having the right relationship to the parent and leading to unexpected results. Actually we realize this is a very easy settings change on the server. We will look into changing this. But it is a problem for those users who are unknowingly relying on it if we change it if they have "Adjust Attached Orders to Maintain Same Offset on Parent Modification" set to No.

I trade on the chart and every time I adjust the parent order the attached orders adjust as well. This is getting old, because I want my attached orders to stay put, after I adjust them to be where I want them. Currently I have to adjust the attached orders every time I adjust the parent order. You stated this would a very easy setting to change on the server. Can this please be implemented. I understand the unknowing user risk, but that applies to a lot of settings.

Can this be implemented, please. I adjust the parent order multiple times, but I want to leave the attached child orders alone. Currently, I have to readjust the attached child orders every time.

I see that this functionality was implemented on the latest update. However, I actually prefer the attached child orders to be adjusted along with the parent order. Is it possible to bring back the old settings?

The options as described in the instructions were already being followed, but it is still not working. I should clarify that I use server-side bracket orders with IBKR. Everything worked ok, even with IBKR, up until I was forced to do the last update (in order to load the historical data). Is there anything else I can try?

Are you referring to updating the Attached Orders on a parent fill or a parent order modification? Attached orders are never updated when using server-side bracket orders with Interactive Brokers on a parent fill.

I'm referring to parent order modification, prior to getting filled. Eg. If I wish to modify a parent order up by 1 point, the attached orders also move up by 1 pt. However, ever since the last update, the attached orders have not been doing that and I have to manually adjust them one by one.

And this option is enabled?: Global Trade Settings Windows: Adjust Attached Orders to Maintain Same Offset on Parent Modification (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) We confirmed again there is no issue with this. Perhaps there is a problem when using Interactive Brokers though. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Yes, it is enabled. Perhaps there is a problem when using Interactive Brokers though.
->Yes, I can only conclude that Interactive Brokers does not properly sync with the latest update of Sierra Chart, (or vice versa, either way it's all the same on my end.) since this issue was not present with the prior version.

Ok not sure why there would be a problem with this when using Interactive Brokers. Nothing changed recently that we are aware of regarding this.
