Timeline on bottom of charts when looking back skips from 9:59 to 18:00

So when going back on my charts in the evening,when I go to the morning, it skips from 9:59 to 18:00 like the new session started at 10:00. I believe it's doing normal real time, but when the new session starts and I scroll back, 10:00 to 4:15 is missing. See attached photo. All my charts are doing this. Also see my settings attachment.
