Hi, I would like to know if the Buy-Sell Stop limit Orders are allowed with transact, because I have tried using them from the chart but they failed. Please let me know Thanks |

Yes this order type is supported with Transact. We need to see the error message you are getting. I am trying to test them, but they don´t work. When I place the Buy or Sell Stop limit Order from the chart I receive a message in the Infinity DOM (Error: Failed to Send Order) and When I tried to cancel the Order from the chart it takes a lot of time to disapear from the Chart. In Sierra Chart Message Log appears the following : TransAct WS Trading Information Cancel Request response: Fail |

FYI, that type of order is not supported by transact. As you can see in their response (attached)
